February 24, 2010 – Bao & Partners/Signium International has named Pablo Del Amo Serrano as a partner heading the firm’s industry, energy & natural resources practice. Mr. Del Amo Serrano, who will be based in Madrid, has more than 30 years of experience in both technical and management positions in the natural resources and energy sectors in Latin America, the U.S., Europe, Africa and Asia, with a special focus on human resources. Most recently, he was the executive VP human capital worldwide at Checkpoint Systems Inc. Mr. Del Amo Serrano was also the managing partner for the energy sector at Heidrick & Struggles in Madrid.
