B.E. Smith Adds to Strategic Management Consulting Group

October 8, 2013 – Executive recruiting firm B.E. Smith has added Yolanda Otero Inman to its strategic management consulting group. She will be responsible for the delivery and execution of management consulting solutions. Prior to joining B. E. Smith’s leadership team, Ms. Inman was a consultant and interim leader for the firm for seven years, helping hospitals throughout the country solve intricate organizational problems. From 2004 to 2006 she was the chief nursing officer at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM and prior to that she held various leadership and executive positions at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.
