August Leadership Tapped by Paradigm for Parity to Find New CEO

January 24, 2024 – Executive recruitment firm August Leadership has been select to find a new CEO for Paradigm for Parity, an advocate for gender equality in the corporate world. This marks the firm’s second collaboration with Paradigm for Parity. Together, they are embarking on a purpose-driven mission to identify and appoint a CEO dedicated to steering organizations towards a future marked by equitable and inclusive leadership practices. “We believe that the future of successful leadership is one that prioritizes equality and inclusivity,” shared Asad Haider, co-founder and CEO of August Leadership. “Our collaboration with Paradigm for Parity reflects our shared dedication to driving positive change at the highest levels of leadership.”

The collaborative effort aims to find a dynamic CEO who not only possesses exceptional leadership acumen but is also dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organizational framework. The search is being done by August Leadership on a pro bono basis.

August Leadership had previously placed Paradigm for Parity’s first-ever CEO, Sandra Quince, who had been a senior vice president in the global diversity & inclusion (D&I) organization at Bank of America. The bank is a long-time member of the coalition, and as an extension of its commitment, sponsored Ms. Quince to join the coalition as part of Bank of America’s Leader on Loan Program.

The Paradigm for Parity coalition comprises of CEOs, senior executives, founders, board members and business academics who are committed to achieving a new norm in corporate leadership: one in which women and men have equal power, status, and opportunity. Through its 5-Point Action Plan, Paradigm for Parity works to ensure that women and men have equal opportunities to achieve their full potential in the workplace.

Founded in 2020, New York City-based August Leadership’s clients range from global multinationals to mid-size fast-growth organizations to pioneering start-ups. Its team includes those who have been in search for their entire careers. Others joined after holding leading roles in start-ups or large corporations. August Leadership Recruits CEO for Forum One
August Leadership has helped to place Elisabeth Bradley as the new chief executive officer of digital consultancy Forum One in Arlington, VA. Ms. Bradley has been with the company in a leadership role since 2017 and has been, since 2021, the chief strategy officer responsible for advising senior client stakeholders on digital strategy and communications. She has also led corporate strategic planning for the Forum One executive team. Partner Nicole Kamaleson and lead consultant Sundus Akif spearheaded the assignment for the search firm.

Ms. Bradley succeeded Chris Wolz, who announced his retirement in February. He has been with the organization for 26 years. “Elisabeth is a proven leader with the skills, business vision, and the ability to bring people together,” said Mr. Wolz, who serves as Forum One’s new board chair. “Her passion for the work of our clients and vision for helping them expand their impact is exactly what Forum One needs as the company enters its next chapter of expanded innovation and growth.”


Mr. Haider is a trusted advisor with deep global experience and knowledge of emerging markets, high growth companies, and high-potential diversity candidates. He has worked across the globe and within a wide range of industries. Mr. Haider’s career highlights include his various turnaround projects with Procter & Gamble as well as helping PepsiCo achieve record market share in international markets. His search career began as an entrepreneur, building one of Asia’s largest region-wide search boutiques.
