Assembly Group Announces Promotions
February 2, 2022 – Austin, TX-based executive search firm Assembly Group has promoted Mariza Garza Warshawsky to partner, Pilar Caldwell to vice president, Audsley Carr to director, and Heather Sullivan to director of operations. “2021 was a record year for Assembly, and each of you showcased incredible talent and dedication to our company’s core values. As a founding member of the Assembly team, Ms. Warshawsky leads the firm’s human capital and revenue searches for private equity-backed software and technology companies. With a focus on transformational leadership, she has partnered with clients in chief executive officer, chief revenue officer and chief human resources officer placements across various global high-growth companies. Prior to her career in executive search, Ms. Warshawsky worked for the Education Advisory Board and as an attorney for Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons. Mariza’s professional experience spans partnering with executives to provide solutions for higher education’s most pressing challenges to defending clients in multi-million-dollar litigation disputes.
As a founding member of the Assembly team, Ms. Caldwell leads a variety of executive searches for private equity-backed software and technology companies. She has helped build executive teams across various global enterprise software companies including Showpad, Planview, Aptean and Storable with investors at TA Associates, Thoma Bravo and Genstar.
Her previous experience includes executive recruiting at Bespoke Partners, the creation and leadership of the product and technology search function for Vista Equity Partners’ internal operating and consulting arm, and leading new business efforts as the business development manager at Gerson Lehrman Group.
Ms. Carr, also a founding member of the Assembly team, leads a variety of executive searches for growth equity-backed software and technology companies. With a focus on sales and marketing, she has partnered with clients in chief revenue officer, chief marketing officer, and head of sales placements across various global high-growth companies with investors at TA Associates, HG Capital and Resurgens Technology Partners.
Prior to Assembly, Ms. Carr served as principal to Bespoke Partners and director of sales at Betts Recruiting, specializing in sales and marketing leadership searches for venture capital-backed software companies.
With a deep understanding of private equity-backed software and technology companies, Ms. Sullivan guides top-level project management, evaluates processes and implements systems to keep the firm organizationally focused and strategically aligned.
Before joining Assembly, she held operational positions with executive search firms and private equity-backed software and technology companies in Austin, TX.
