Arts Consulting Group Places Director at LBO

August 7, 2014 – L.A.-based executive search firm Arts Consulting Group has recruited Elizabeth Kurila as the new director of development for Long Beach Opera (LBO). Ms. Kurila brings a multifaceted background in entrepreneurship, senior development, and marketing experience to LBO from her previous roles as director of development for both the Nine Network of Public Media and the University of Missouri- St. Louis’ College of Fine Arts and Communications. Founded in 1979, Long Beach Opera is the oldest professional opera company in the metropolitan Los Angeles/Orange County region and its success helped provide the stimulus for the subsequent founding of other opera companies in the area. Arts Consulting Group is a provider of executive search and other consulting services for the arts and culture sector.
