Another Shareholder Rights Law Firm Investigating Actions by CTPartners

February 11, 2015 – A second shareholder rights law firm is investigating potential violations of federal and state law by CTPartners and certain officers and directors of the global search firm. Johnson & Weaver, LLP, a nationally recognized shareholder rights law firm with offices in California, New York and Georgia, represents individual and institutional investors in shareholder derivative and securities class action lawsuits. Like Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, another law firm specializing in securities class action and shareholder litigation that opened an investigation into CTPartners recently, Johnson & Weaver is trying to encourage shareholders and former employees of CTPartners to come forward with information that could lead to a securities class action lawsuit. At the center of both firms' investigations is whether CTPartners and/or its officers and directors violated state or federal securities laws surrounding an EEOC investigation into discriminatory practices at the company as well as several recent stock offering attempts.
