Amrop Names Three New Partners
April 9, 2010 – Global executive search organization Amrop has named Giacomo Santucci, Bruce Walton and Michael Reuter as partners. Mr. Santucci, who joins Amrop ASA in Milan, has significant experience in luxury goods, having worked with numerous brands, including Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci Group (CEO, industrial operations division and CEO, Gucci Division), Prada (CEO, board member, general manager). Mr. Walton, who joins Amrop Battalia Winston in Boston, has more than 25 years of executive recruiting experience, primarily for CEO’s and their direct reports to mid-cap industrial, technology and family-owned businesses. He was previously a managing director at Conley & Company, a boutique executive search firm in Boston. Prior to that, he was a partner with Heidrick & Struggles and worked as a recruiter with Russell Reynolds Associates. Mr. Reuter, who works with Amrop Delta in Frankfurt, formerly served as managing director in Germany for Connect Communications Ltd. He moved into executive search in 1998 and joined Amrop Delta in 2003, and was promoted to partner at the end of 2009. Mr. Reuter also acts as EMEA practice leader for Amrop’s technology & media practice. With 89 offices in 57 countries, Amrop provides services in executive search, management assessment and board consulting.
