Allen Austin Adds Two Senior Partners

September 30, 2014 – Global leadership advisory firm Allen Austin has named Polly Shrewsbury as a senior partner in its Austin office and Ken Minter as a senior partner in Houston. Dr. Shrewsbury’s background includes a combination of business and scientific knowledge stemming from a Ph.D. in bioengineering coupled with experience managing multimillion-dollar P&Ls, orchestrating turnarounds, and providing strategic vision for business operations. She previously founded Shrewsbury LLC. Mr. Minter specializes in senior level placements with an emphasis on professional services including consulting, finance, energy, accounting and economics. He most recently spent 14 years with executive search firm BFL Associates serving as a managing director. Allen Austin is a privately owned executive search and consulting firm.
