Allen Austin Adds Senior Partner in Seattle

October 21, 2014 – Global leadership advisory firm Allen Austin has added Matt Brynildson as a senior partner in its Seattle office. Mr. Brynildson has over 20 years of global human resources experience in both corporate roles and with leading HR consulting firms. He has particular expertise in leadership coaching, change management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, and executive compensation. Mr. Brynildson previously served as vice president and chief human resources officer for TOTE, Inc., a subsidiary of Saltchuk Resources. Prior to that he was head of human resources for Kenworth Truck Co. / PACCAR Inc. Allen Austin is a privately owned executive search and consulting firm.
