Allegis Partners Adds HR Practice Managing Director
October 7, 2015 – Former CTPartners recruiter Matthew Healey has joined global executive search firm Allegis Partners as a managing director in its human resources executive search and advisory practice. He will be based in the firm’s New York office and his responsibilities will include leading HR executive search engagements across industries within North America with an emphasis on CHRO, business partner and talent management roles.
Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Mr. Healey spent nearly eight years with CTPartners. Initially, he joined the firm as an associate within its global private equity practice before transitioning to help build the firm’s global HR practice. It was there that he worked his way up to partner.
He has executed dozens of senior leadership searches in HR across life sciences, financial services, professional services, retail & consumer, technology & media and the industrial sectors. Mr. Healey began his executive search career in 2004 as a recruiter with boutique executive search firm OSI.
“Matt’s 11 years of experience in HR executive search makes him an ideal candidate to join Allegis Partners’ HR team. Matt becomes the fourth managing director in the HR practice as we continue to grow a world-class team,” said Mike Bergen, managing partner and global HR practice leader.
Since the beginning of the year, Allegis Partners has strengthened its HR practice with the additions of managing partner Michael Bergen, a former senior client partner in the human resources practice at Korn Ferry; managing directors Cher Murphy, previously a partner at Hanold Associates; and Mark Streifer, who most recently was vice president of talent acquisition and planning with Covidien PLC.
Allegis Partners provides sector specializations covering financial services, insurance and technology along with three functional areas including human resources, technology and finance. The firm has offices in Boston, Chicago, Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco and Sydney.
