Alder Kolten Grows CEO & Board Practice

April 15, 2013 – Alder Koten has added Clement Wigger as a new managing partner in the firm's CEO & board practice. He will be based out of the firm's Dallas office. Before joining Alder Koten, Mr. Wigger led the North American board and C-suite practice for CW & Associates. He has consulted with corporate boards, working with Fortune 100 to pre-IPO companies. Mr. Wigger has also been recognized for his efforts in recruiting diversity board candidates. Alder Koten helps clients acquire, develop and transition leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services.
