AESC President Set to Retire

December 16, 2013 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has said that Peter Felix will be retiring in December 2014. Mr. Felix has held the role of president with the organization since 1988. Under his guidance the AESC has developed education and training programs, promoted best practices and professionalism in executive search and expanded its membership around the world. "During his tenure, Peter expanded AESC from a largely regional association focused on North America to a truly global enterprise, with members serving clients from offices in over 70 countries," said James Hertlein, a Houston based managing partner with Boyden Global Executive Search.
