AESC Names Eight New Members
July 16, 2014 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has accepted eight new executive search firms into AESC membership, including Clarey/Napier International; Eblinger & Partner Personal- und Managementberatungs GmbH; Harris Search Associates; Head Hunters International; Matthew Wood Search (MWS); People Assets Consultoria em Recursos Humanos Ltda; PAC Executive; and The Nautical Group. Clarey/Napier International is a Houston-based search firm established in 1998 specializing in the energy industry. Founded in 1991, Eblinger & Partner Personal- und Managementberatungs GmbH has been supplying professional recruitment services to international clients for over 20 years. The firm is active in various sectors (life sciences, industry, technology, financial services, consumer goods, energy, transport and logistics) and has a focus on leadership development. Harris Search Associates is focused on identifying and attracting leaders to support the growth of clients in the areas of research, science, engineering, academic medicine and commercial enterprises. Clients include universities, research parks, institutes, academic medical centers and commercial organizations. Antonio José Escovar founded Head Hunters International in 1994 under the name of Brain Hunters de Colombia SA. It is part of the Talent Hunters Americas network, allowing it to service its clients in other countries within Latin America. Matthew Wood Search (MWS) is a boutique retained executive search firm based in Auckland City, New Zealand, with a focus on senior appointments throughout New Zealand and Australia. People Assets is a retained executive search firm founded by Ricardo Du Pain, which has 15 years of experience in professional services. PAC Executive was established in 2004 and has offices in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia and Singapore. The Nautical Group is a boutique retained executive search firm which has been in business for just over two years. The firm offers services to entrepreneurial, middle-market, Fortune 1000, non-profit, portfolio management, private equity and start-up businesses.
