AESC Forms Alliance with Cluen

August 14, 2013 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has established a renewed partnership with Cluen Corporation, a provider of recruitment software. The continuation of the partnership will allow AESC member firms to access Encore, Cluen’s seventh-generation recruitment software. “We are thrilled to continue our partnership as the exclusive global search software partner of the AESC,” said Andrew Shapiro, CEO of Cluen. “We look forward to offering AESC members the latest and most innovative software solutions for retained executive search.” Additionally, the partnership continues the integration between Cluen’s Encore recruiting software and AESC’s BlueSteps database of top executives, launched last year. The integration facilitates a seamless transfer of confidential candidate information from BlueSteps, exclusively available to AESC members as a benefit of their membership, to Encore, used by many AESC member firms to manage their search assignments.
