ADP Expands into Chile, Argentina and Peru with Acquisition

June 5, 2013 – ADP, a provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, has acquired Payroll S.A., a provider of human resource outsourcing, payroll and employee benefits services across Chile, Argentina and Peru. Headquartered in Santiago, Chile, Payroll S.A. maintains offices in Buenos Aires and Cordoba in Argentina and Lima, Peru. Payroll's solutions and technologies include core payroll, HR, performance management, recruiting, scheduling, absence management, time and labor management, and allow for mobile self-service access. “Today's announcement marks an important building block in our global HCM strategy. We currently offer HCM solutions to clients in over 80 countries and this acquisition will further reinforce our capabilities in the fast-growing Latin American market,” said Mark Benjamin, division president, ADP.
