March 22, 2011 – HR solutions company Adecco’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division, part of Adecco Group, has been selected by The SI Organization as its partner for full lifecycle, enterprise-wide recruitment services. Adecco RPO implemented a full lifecycle recruitment solution for the SI including an applicant tracking system, employment branding and outreach, research, talent market mapping and candidate pipelining, direct, indirect and Internet sourcing, a social media sourcing strategy, candidate screening, assessment and selection, offer management, on-boarding, and all recruitment administration support services.
