Accolo Adds VP of Sales and Marketing

July 9, 2009 – Accolo, a provider of on-demand recruiting software and services, has appointed Ray Rike as vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Rike brings over 20 years of experience spanning enterprise software and SaaS solutions. Prior to Accolo, he was the senior vice president of sales and business development for Accruent. He also developed and led high growth, global marketing, services and sales teams at QRS, MarketFirst, Actra (Netscape/GE venture) and GE Global Exchange Services. Mr. Rike will oversee all sales and marketing for Accolo’s SaaS and on-demand recruiting offering which enables companies to decrease the cost of recruiting, improve the quantity and quality of candidates, while providing enhanced hiring visibility and compliance reporting. “Ray is a terrific leader,” said John Younger, president and CEO of Accolo. “We are lucky to have his proven experience, energy and ability to drive results.”
