Aberdeen Group Adds to Human Capital Research Practice

December 6, 2011 – Aberdeen Group has appointed Madeline Laurano as research director, talent acquisition solutions, within its human capital management research practice. Ms. Laurano will be leading and collaborating on Aberdeen's research coverage across a range of HCM topics, including talent mobility, workforce planning, sourcing strategy, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employer branding, onboarding and talent acquisition, In addition, she will be responsible for delivering research findings via published works, speaking engagements, on-line events, as well as Aberdeen's 2012 Human Capital Management Summit. Prior to joining the Aberdeen Group, Ms. Laurano was a talent systems analyst for the Newman Group. “Madeline is the ideal fit not only for Aberdeen, but also for where our HCM research continues to grow and evolve,” said Kevin Martin, SVP of global research operations at Aberdeen. “We all share a passion for end-user generated research as well as data-driven, actionable insight about the workforce that enables companies to make better business decisions.”
