3P Consultants Adds New Principal Partner

April 2, 2012 – Executive search firm 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd has added Raju Kapoor as principal partner. Mr. Kapoor has over 20 years of experience in the service industry including 10 years in executive search. His experience includes startups and high growth companies across telecom, capital markets and the ITES industry. He formerly worked with ABC Consultants as its national head IT practice and later in the firm’s search practice. He joined Ikya Human Capital Solutions as partner in the executive search business and then progressed on to head the engineering, BFSI and consumer practices. Prior to joining 3P, Mr. Kapoor was group head human resources for Ikya and its subsidiaries. 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd conducts searches for start-ups and large organizations across multiple industries throughout India.
