“I reflect on the passing and life of Euris Belle, my esteemed former colleague at Heidrick & Struggles and DSG Global,” Dale Jones, former CEO of DSG Global (Diversified Search Group). “Over the span of 20+ years, our bond grew from friendship to professional partnership. Euris’s exceptional skills as a recruiter and her collaborative approach in executive search set her apart. As we bid her farewell, we acknowledge her new journey to the heavenly realms, where she now stands among Leaders of the ages. Rest in Peace, Euris.”

Ms. Belle had a wealth of search experience across a diverse range of clients, including corporate, non-profit, and education sectors. She successfully assisted her clients in placing candidates in various functional disciplines, including executive leadership, finance, human resources, legal, information technology, and DEI practitioners. Leveraging a strategic approach and extensive industry knowledge, Ms. Belle was dedicated to forging impactful partnerships between exceptional leaders and forward-thinking organizations.

Ms. Belle conducted senior-level searches for public and private colleges and universities (both majority institutions and HBCUs), foundations, and a wide range of not-for-profit organizations. Among her placements were presidents, provosts, chief academic officers, chief information officers, and deans of colleges and universities; and CEOs, presidents, and executive directors of non-profit organizations.

Ms. Belle was managing director at DSG Global. Prior to that, she was a principal in the Heidrick & Struggles’ Atlanta office, where she held both business development and search execution roles. Earlier in her career, she was a vice president with a major bank now merged with JPMorgan Chase, and served as project manager for a systems integration, training, and software consulting company.

Ms. Belle began her career in the management information consulting division of Arthur Andersen & Company (now Accenture), where she progressed to senior manager during a nine-year career. There, she participated in the design and implementation of large-scale marketing, distribution, and hospital information systems.
