June 10, 2010 – Tatum LLC has added Greg L. Walther as a partner in its Dallas office. He will be responsible for developing and expanding Tatum's retail and hospitality practice. “Greg's deep understanding of the retail and hospitality marketplace enables him to bring a wealth of experience to our firm,” said Jim Schuchard, managing partner of Tatum's Dallas office. “His results oriented ability to exceed goals, develop branded growth strategies, manage profitability and operations in distinct business environments, and strong customer and business alliance relationships will be an asset to Tatum.” Mr. Walther has over 30 years of experience in building, acquiring, integrating and managing high performing retail and hospitality organizations and has international and national experience in growing and developing branded concepts from start-up to large ventures. He comes to Tatum from Brinker International Inc., where he was president of International, managing four brands in 27 countries. Tatum provides interim executives including CFOs and other financial leaders who offer hands-on expertise to organizations in need.
