Shelli Herman and Associates, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based retained executive search firm that partners with leading organizations across the nonprofit, higher education, and corporate sectors to recruit transformative executive leadership. We have collaborated with a wide range of respected institutions nationwide, including zoos, aquariums, museums, universities, foundations, and service organizations, with a focus on mission-driven organizations that lead their sectors. We focus on placing senior leaders and decision-makers in roles where the hire is transformational.
