Ellis Kirk Group extends off-limits to you by agreeing not to recruit the hired candidate as long as he or she is employed by the hiring company. Additionally, we will not recruit any of the hired candidate’s direct reports for one year from the completion of the search. The exception will be if a current employee is already in discussion with us on another opportunity prior to the date of this engagement letter, in which case they will not be subject to this clause. Should the hired candidate indicate their intention to leave your employ, we would obtain confirmation from you that we can recruit that person.
