Off-Limits Policy
As a matter of policy, we will not recruit from our Client company for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of placement of a candidate. Exceptions to this policy include instances where this agreement is canceled, a client does not pay our fees and/or expenses, authorizes an exception, violates this agreement, or has a meaningful change in ownership resulting in the termination of our relationship. Other executives within the Client company, who with the client’s knowledge are seeking other employment opportunities, or who, prior to the date of your acceptance of this Agreement, were in contact with Brooke Chase Associates, Inc., are not considered subject to this policy.
