Average Time to Completion on Assignment
Once Beacon Talent Group starts a search engagement, it takes 4 weeks to present a short list of qualified candidates. We will identify all passive and active candidates suitable for the position and evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role and company. A typical assignment is completed within three months of initiating the search. The timeline varies based on a client’s internal interview process.
