RSR Partners Appoints Managing Director

November 5, 2012 – RSR Partners, a corporate governance and executive search firm, has named Harold J. Spitzfaden as managing director and its new chief administrative officer. Mr. Spitzfaden joins RSR Partners from Swiss-based pharmaceutical company Novartis Corporation, where he served as VP of tax reporting and compliance. Previously, he served as the head of the global tax department for Russell Reynolds Associates. RSR Partners is an executive, board, and leadership recruiting firm based in Greenwich, CT with additional offices in New York, Chicago, Cleveland, and Los Angeles.
