RSA Bolsters Recruiting Staff

November 10, 2010 – Global recruiter RSA has named Zaki Sellam as practice leader in Switzerland, Michelle Bosshard as principal consultant and Yildiz Biloglu as a principal executive search consultant in Germany. With over eight years experience in international business development and recruitment, Mr. Sellam will focus on building strategic partnerships with Biotechs, VC backed companies, innovating clusters and start-ups. He spent the last four years at Stamford Consultants AG (Basel, Switzerland) where he had built up and headed the life sciences division. Ms. Bosshard concentrates on building strategic partnerships with companies focused primarily in the consumer and animal healthcare sectors. Most recently, she spent five years working in the global life sciences practice at Korn/Ferry International where she executed high profile, global and pan-European searches. Ms. Biloglu also joins RSA from Korn/Ferry Futurestep GmbH where she had been for three years as a senior consultant working in IT and life sciences.
