Willie E. Carrington

Willie E. Carrington is Principal and Founder of Carrington & Carrington, Ltd., an executive search practice, founded in 1979. Since then, he has played and continues to play a significant role in increasing the representation of diverse professionals in major companies including Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, and Utilities.

Prior to this, Willie was Executive Director of Inroads/Chicago and an Auditor for the former CPA firm Arthur Andersen & Co. Willie has made substantial contributions to the community through his roles as a Founding Member the Chicagoland Chapter of the National Association of Human Resources and a Board member & Trailblazer for the National Association of Black Accountants. His other community affiliations include being a Member of the Rainbow Push Coalition’s Board of Directors, Chicago United, and the Union League Club of Chicago. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago.
