Mr. Nathaniel Jackson, Jr. leads the Carrington & Carrington, Ltd. national diversity practice for the Industrial sector, and as such, is accountable for identifying new clients for middle management and senior-level executive positions, and retaining the most qualified, progressive, and talented leaders in the market today.

Mr. Jackson comes to us from Parker Hannifin Corporation where he held the position of Director of Global Talent Development. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and brings over 40 years of Human Resource and Leadership experience with skills in global and international sourcing, change management, strategy, employee relations, and succession planning.
