Wesley R. Miller

Joining Helbling in 2005, Wes plays a significant role in the company’s long-term strategies and business operations. He performs client development, and manages and recruits on diverse search assignments.

Wes partners with architecture, engineering, and construction firms in securing professionals for executive management, business development, and operations roles. He also works extensively with healthcare and higher education institutions, public agencies, energy management companies, and corporations to attract individuals involved in all facets of facilities, including operations and maintenance, capital programs and real estate, energy and utilities, sustainability, and property management.

His achievements include assisting a Fortune Global 500 civil contracting firm in restructuring its entire management team, and assisting a construction management firm in strengthening its senior executive and operations teams across the country.

Wes is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
