Marc K. Datz

Marc is responsible for client development and the execution of searches from inception to completion, focusing on organizations in the Midwest region of the U.S.

Marc joined Helbling in 1998 and represents diverse clientele including: healthcare and higher education institutions, engineering and construction firms, private equity groups with construction holdings, real estate developers, property managers, public agencies, and corporations. He has broad experience in identifying and securing professionals for roles in senior executive management, financial administration, business development, facilities management, and operations. Among his accomplishments are: assisting a prominent Pennsylvania university in securing an Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities; supporting a world-renowned hospital in securing a Senior Vice President Facilities, Real Estate & Construction Management; and partnering with a real estate developer in securing senior leadership for one of the country’s most significant mixed-use developments.

Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
