Ryan R. Pugh

Ryan has been in the executive recruitment industry since 2000, and became a search consultant with Helbling in 2004. He is responsible for developing search strategies, recruiting and evaluating candidates, and managing assignments.

His experience is diverse having performed searches within the engineering and construction sector and within facilities management. He represents heavy civil and specialty contractors, construction management companies, and design engineering entities, as well as healthcare and higher education institutions, public agencies, and non-profit organizations.

He performs searches for executive management, business development, operations, facilities management, and sustainability professionals.

In his leisure time, Ryan is active in the martial arts as an instructor and tournament competitor. He holds a Master/4th-degree black belt in Tae-kwon-do. Ryan is also educated in the culinary arts, and enjoys cooking and entertaining.
