Walker Stadler

Walker Stadler is a Director of Executive Search at Cowen Partners Executive Search, where he leads and executes executive searches across a wide range of industries. He has been a trusted partner to organizations looking to build high-impact leadership teams that drive growth and transformation, with extensive experience in the lower middle and middle market private equity space.

Prior to joining Cowen Partners Executive Search, Walker built his career at the intersection of business development, strategy, and consulting. He has cultivated strategic relationships and delivered turnkey solutions that generate measurable results. Known for his energy, analytical approach, and results-driven mindset, Walker brings a deep understanding of complex solutions and a commitment to helping organizations secure transformative leadership talent.

Walker earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Marketing from Indiana University, where he was also a collegiate baseball player and competed in the 2013 College World Series.  He resides in Chicago, IL, and enjoys summers on the lake, working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
