Before joining Cowen Partners, Gabe built a strong foundation as a recruiter at O’Connell Group and Aquinas Consulting, where he developed expertise working with both emerging and established organizations, including global brands. Earlier in his career, Gabe was a college basketball coach and served as Head Basketball Manager at Fairfield University. He holds an MBA from Albertus Magnus College and a B.S. in Communications from Fairfield University.
