As an Engagement Manager, Trevor runs senior-level searches for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lancor, Trevor spent 20 years in talent acquisition. His career focus has been in the recruitment of executives and senior professionals within the technology, sales and finance sectors of software, solutions delivery & consulting services, banking, insurance, consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications, and energy industries. In addition to multiple stints supporting Microsoft, Trevor served as a Group Manager for Avanade (a joint venture between Accenture & Microsoft). He has also been involved in the start-up phase of multiple consulting and solutions firms. Trevor is a graduate of Miami University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree.
