Gayle Rydinski

Engagement Manager

Gayle is responsible for engagement management within Lancor’s CFO practice and U.S. partner and staff recruitment and on-boarding. Prior to Lancor, Gayle was a founding Partner at KarrScheffel, LLC and has held key management positions within the executive search practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She brings an extensive background in executive search and human resources to the team. Previously, Gayle was the Human Resource Manager for Baxter Biotech, Hyland Division. Her responsibilities encompassed three geographically and culturally diverse facilities. Gayle has experience within a variety of industries including: technology, media, fintech and e-commerce. She began her career with a Regional CPA firm in San Francisco as an Auditor. Gayle earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University.
