Francesca Lahiguera

Engagement Manager

Francesca is an Engagement Manager supporting the firm’s partners in managing and executing retained search engagements. Francesca began her search career in Paris as a Principal Consultant for Heidrick & Struggles’ global Technology Practice. Her clients included early-stage French companies, American businesses launching in Europe, and major multinationals. She was also a contributor to the firm’s global Chief Information Officer Practice. Prior to her career in search, Francesca spent twelve years in both corporate and field marketing positions with Interleaf, Informix, and Sun Microsystems, based in Boston, Munich, and Paris respectively. Francesca is an American/French national and a graduate of Boston University.
