Trevor Gildenhuys

For over 30 years, Trevor Gildenhuys has shaped the recruitment landscape across the African continent. He co-founded our partner firm in Africa – Talent Network and evolved to become a prominent search practitioner in South Africa’s Automotive Equipment Manufacturing sector. He has supported Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers such as Faurecia, Donaldson, Control Instruments, NGK and GVW in building out entire management and leadership teams.

He also supports a plethora of domestic and international FMCG manufacturers and distributors from apparel to food, personal and home care products, plastics , and packaging.

Trevor’s own engineering skills were foundational in his career journey with experience gained in steel and metal production as well as mining prior to starting a career in executive search.
