Hamilton Teixeira leads our executive search practice in São Paulo, Brazil.  Prior to his career in executive search, Hamilton had a successful executive leadership career in Kellogg, Bausch & Lomb, Timex, Tropicana Juices and Rayovac where he held LATAM regional CEO and executive VP roles.

Hamilton has launched new processing plants for Kellogg, Timex and Rayovac in Brazil where he built management teams as well as led operational start-ups, expansions and turnarounds.

Hamilton has served as a member of the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and is a current Board Member of the IRC Institute.

He holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and is credentialed as a certified Executive Coach.
