Head of Practice - Industry & Manufacturing

Based in Brussels, Thomas is a Principal Consultant within the firm’s Industry & Manufacturing Practice. He specialises in working with US multinational organisations with a large European presence. Thomas is experienced in understanding clients’ needs and formulating it into a successful search strategy.

He focuses on both management and executive positions in primarily Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Motion Control and Industrial Automation sectors. Thomas’ international background and multilingual skills allow him to efficiently analyze the market and network with senior contacts.

He is a Belgian national and speaks native Dutch and fluent French, German, and English. Thomas holds an MSc in International Relations & Diplomacy, an MA in Western Literature, and a BA in Germanic Languages (English-German).
