Kristen has successfully executed searches in multiple facets of life sciences including vaccines, pharma, biotech, medical devices and animal health. She has partnered with small start-up organizations, medium-sized biotech firms and multiple industry leading clients on an international scale. Kristen’s client management and candidate recruitment and placement experience has taken place throughout North America, Europe, Latin & South America and Asia. Kristen has supported all areas of life cycle of development such as Clinical (Development and Operations), Manufacturing, Global Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Research.
She recently joined Carmichael Fisher after nine years with Solomon Page, and had previously worked with two boutique firms. Kristen received her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and her M.B.A. from Villanova University.
