Fluent in English, French and Russian, Benoit’s international experience and cultural sensitivity make him the perfect leader for Carmichael Fisher’s medical technology and diagnostics practice which specialises in providing tailor-made market intelligence, assessment and executive search solutions to major multinational and local companies in a broad range of political and economic contexts (e.g. post-merger integration, confidential due diligence process, political/economical unrest, technological turnaround).
Joining Carmichael Fisher in 2015, having previously worked as Principal Consultant for the Moscow office of a leading international search firm, Benoit’s experience in solving issues with recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment and selection, contract negotiation and closing, soon saw him heading up the rapidly-expanding medical technology practice.
Benoit holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Studies.
