Sutton Turner

Sutton is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Dallas office.  He brings 30 years of experience in real estate, investment, development, brokerage, facilities management, consulting, and other business services.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Sutton was the CEO of Life Bridge Management (LBM), an owner operator property management company with 1,700 apartment rental properties in Texas, Colorado, Missouri, and Idaho.

Prior to Life Bridge, Sutton served as CEO of four other businesses across three different countries (United States, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi). Specifically, beginning in 2010, Sutton led Waseef, LLC in Doha, Qatar. This subsidiary of Barwa, the largest real estate manager and developer in Qatar, leads Qatar 2030 on behalf His Highness Sheikh / Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani – The Emir. From 2008-2010, Sutton served as the founding CEO of Khidmah, currently the largest services management company in the UAE with over 1,000 employees. From 2004 to 2006, Sutton was the CEO and Principal of Mission Housing Management, a company specializing in property management and construction of low-income housing apartment communities. In 1996, Sutton co-founded the Wentwood Companies and served for 10 years as its CEO and Managing Partner, providing services across 10 states and 36 locations. Today, Wentwood manages a portfolio of institutional real estate funds that have been capitalized more than $9 billion.

Sutton holds master’s degree from Southern Methodist University (MBA) and Harvard Business School (OPM). He obtained his undergraduate and master’s from Texas A&M University in 1993 and 1995 respectively.
