Francisco Solares is a Managing Director of Executive Career Consulting. Francisco has over 20 years’ experience in consulting leadership roles helping organizations and individuals navigate and capitalize on change opportunities. His career highlights include serving as a trusted partner capable of delivering complex enterprise transformation programs by harmonizing conflict with strategic intent. Francisco chose coaching to continue strengthening his ability to nurture constructive relationships with clients. He is recognized for his expertise in collaborating with individuals and leaders to strengthen their personal brand and prepare for their next steps through career planning and coaching.

Francisco’s experience delivering organizational development and workforce solutions includes:

• Coached operations directors at Aleut Federal in business development and sales resulting in increased pipeline of $125M within existing clients in various Civilian cabinet-level agencies.
• Led development of a Financial Management Career Roadmap, guiding employee and skills development initiatives for over 110K finance professionals across 24 largest Federal agencies.
• Led the design of a Department of Defense leadership development program for Tier 1 Civilian Senior Executives to expand enterprise leadership and general management competencies.

Francisco earned his Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Roanoke College. Francisco has an Executive Coach Certification from the Center of Executive Coaching. He is currently working towards an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
