Steve Doan

Steve is a Search Director at GattiHR Industrial and is responsible for supporting the continued growth of GattiHR Industrial through developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities. He manages the full cycle recruiting activities within the Integrated Supply Chain and General Management practices, across Industrial manufacturing, Robotics, Automation, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Specialty Materials, Automotive, Construction/Building materials, Mining and Metals and Consumer Durables industries.

Steve has a demonstrated track record of helping organizations build national and global leadership teams, focusing on Sr.Manager level to C-Suite level positions. The insights and sourcing strategies he developed has consistently provided forward thinking solutions that bring clarity to complex challenges confronting his clients.

Prior to joining the GattiHR Industrial team, Steve worked at a defense law firm where he oversaw all aspects of the organizations marketing activities. He developed and implemented, integrated marketing strategies that allowed access to new markets that were critical in the expansion the firm’s service offerings. He supported the business’ growth initiatives and enhanced the overall brand reputation. Steve’s direct efforts were attributed to the firm’s significant year-over-year revenue growth.

Steve obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University. He currently resides in the City of Brotherly Love and is an active member of community organizations that are advocates for the underprivileged children and families throughout the city of Philadelphia.
