Paul Gaeke

Paul brings more than 20 years of executive search experience to GattiHR. He has successfully managed hundreds of mid to senior level placements for Fortune 1000 across many industries. Prior to joining GattiHR, Paul founded Streamside Professional Search, a multi-disciplined, national search firm. Before that, Paul was a member of the Spherion leadership team, at the time a $4B public company, he launched the Charlotte, NC office for professional search.

Paul has successfully managed and conducted assignments to recruit emerging leaders to senior-level executives in sales & marketing, advanced technology and operations. His client’s range in size from middle market companies to fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries including Life Science, Technology, Consulting, Industrial, Healthcare, FinTech, and Supply Chain.

Paul is a frequent guest speaker on issues of recruitment and human capital practices at Colorado School of Mines and University of Denver-Daniels College of Business. His experience with global clients and entrepreneurial spirit provides him with an in depth understanding of the strategic issues and leadership challenges facing companies. His strengths come from understanding how talent builds competitive advantage and provides his clients with great leaders across every stage of organizational growth.
Paul graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s of Science Mechanical Engineering. He is an avid fly-fisherman & outdoor enthusiast and has lived and worked in Colorado since 2000, raising three active children with his wife Maureen.
