Jessica Bukovac

Jessica is a Search Director for GattiHR, where she leads recruiting operations for GattiHR’s  HR Executive Search practice. She manages recruiting activities for HR Leadership roles and has placed C-Suite leaders, Vice Presidents and Directors for companies ranging in size from 150 employees to Fortune 200 enterprises across numerous industries.

Jessica partners closely with clients and candidates to deliver top-tier talent while providing an excellent candidate experience. Prior to joining GattiHR, she helped place executives for high-growth technology startups.  Jessica combines her previous years of research and marketing experience to find and engage with top talent for our clients.

Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. When she’s not volunteering for a local animal rescue, you can find her spending time with her husband and her two senior dogs, Fiona and Arnie.
