Sonamara Jeffreys

Co-President of EMEA

Sonamara Jeffreys is the Co-President of EMEA based in the London office of Korn Ferry. She is also the Regional Market Leader of the Firm’s Global Financial Services Market for EMEA.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Jeffreys served as the U.K. office managing partner for another leading search firm, and latterly, she was appointed head of financial services for Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Ms. Jeffreys joined a financial services executive search boutique in 1992 as a researcher, focusing on investment banking and capital markets.

Her earlier career was spent in television working as a researcher for political programs.

Ms. Jeffreys graduated with a master’s of arts degree in history and French.
