Frank Giampietro

Mr. Giampietro is the President of North America for Korn Ferry’s Advisory business. He is based in the Philadelphia office and is a member of the Korn Ferry Advisory global leadership team.

Mr. Giampietro brings to the firm deep expertise in helping clients manage big, complex change initiatives. He has a strong background in M&A, change management and business leadership.

Mr. Giampietro joins Korn Ferry from Willis Towers Watson, where he was Managing Director, Group Exchanges. During this time, he led the integration of multiple acquisitions into a fully integrated healthcare exchange and administration business, creating a new brand and market value proposition for the business and leading new client relationships and sales teams across the integrated businesses.

Prior to this role, he led the Philadelphia Market for Towers Watson for six years, where he provided strategic commercial leadership. Mr. Giampietro also held multiple roles with Towers Perrin, including Change Management Group Leader, global M&A leader, and overall Client Relationship Manager for many marquee accounts.

Mr. Giampietro has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizations from Penn State University.
