John Douglas

Mr. Douglas is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry and the Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Advisory business. His consulting work is predominantly with senior leaders and executive teams to ensure they and the organizations that they lead perform.

Mr. Douglas’s extensive managerial experience prior to Korn Ferry ensures he is specifically focused on delivering tangible business results for the organizations which he works. He has long standing and successful relationships with his clients built on delivering real value and business benefit.

Mr. Douglas has in depth experience in supporting organizations to achieve higher performance. By taking an integrated approach in understanding and helping organizations change the way they lead, the way their people behave, the way they structure their activities and ultimately measure, manage and reward performance, he helps organizations deliver.

Mr. Douglas is a lead consultant on interventions with global companies to improve organizational performance through helping leaders understand their importance in delivering value and the impact they have.

Mr. Douglas received a bachelor of arts honors in business organization from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
